Mr. Jerome Pepper serves as the firm's Chief Executive Officer. As a practicing Civil Engineer since 1949, Mr. Jerome Pepper has personally supervised the design and construction of over 500 million
dollars worth of construction. Mr. Pepper has been recognized as an expert witness on Civil, Structural, Construction, and Permit litigation in both state and Federal courts. Mr. Pepper is also a
member of the American Arbitration Association; and has served as an impartial arbiter. He is a member and past president of the Consulting Civil Engineers Council of Louisiana, New Orleans Chapter;
and a Life Member of the American Society of Civil Engineers.
